Service Description

This 60-minute session is designed to provide an exploration of spirituality. The session offers an opportunity to be grounded in Sacred presence and is tailored to meet your needs through meditation, coaching, education, and soul guidance. The session will be guided by your intention. Some examples of intentions may include but are not limited to: connecting to your spirit guides, learning how to protect your energy, exploring characteristics of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), education and practice of how a HSP can take care of themselves, parenting or teaching a Highly Sensitive Child (HSC), developing a breathwork practice, developing a meditation practice, learning and practicing mindfulness, developing self-compassion, cutting energetic cords, healing ancestral lineage, connecting to deceased loved ones, connecting to and activating your Divine 3-fold flame, Violet Flame meditation and cleansing, exploration of your Soul's purpose.
