Inner Alignment 8-Session Package: 8, 60-minute individual sessions designed to decrease your suffering. With these sessions, you will have the opportunity to focus on: -Reconnecting with your true Self and Sacred Heart, -Creating a vision for yourself based on what your heart desires and using the Law of Attraction to attract this vision, -Learning about and balancing your energetics, -Shifting from the mind to the heart, -Developing new skills that can assist you with riding the waves of uncomfortable emotions and releasing them from your body, -Developing an awareness and learning to let go of patterns that no longer serve you, -Offering forgiveness to yourself and others, -Living life from your Heart in the present moment. Included in this package are learning materials, Awaken your Potency book by Kimberly Beekman, meditations, weekly check-ins via text or email to follow up with practice assignments, access to a private Facebook group with individuals also working this material, and a piece of art created by me.
